Description

Tungsten carbide ball, commonly known as tungsten steel ball, refers to the ball and ball made of cemented carbide. The cemented carbide ball has high hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, bending resistance and harsh service environment, which can replace steel ball products.

Cemented carbide balls are made of carbide (WC, TIC) micron powder of high hardness refractory metal as main component, cobalt (CO), nickel (Ni) as binder, sintered in vacuum furnace or hydrogen reduction furnace.

2. CN6: 94%WC + 6% Ni (Density 14.2-14.5g/cm3,corrosion resistance requirement)

3. W85%-97%+Ni+Fe Tungsten balls (Density 15.5-18.5g/cm3)

4. W99.95% Pure tungsten balls (Density 19.0-19.2g/cm3)

Tungsten carbide balls are used in applications requiring extreme hardness and resistance to wear and abrasion; and are able to with stand hard shocks and impacts. Tungsten carbide balls are made with 6% nickel binder or 9% nickel binder.
