Description

The carbide grinding discs include two discs,One is rotating disc and another fixed disc 200mm diameter.Two grinding discs shall be made of the same material and their hardness must be higher than the grinding samples. The material is comminuted by pressure and shearing between the two grinding disks.Tungsten carbide grinding discs are used for grinding hard material to medium-hard solids, down to 50um.

You can use a frame to combine the disc mill and jaw crusher to realize the one-step milling from 90mm-50um. That can improve the efficiency.The device is especially used in mining and metallurgy, ceramics industry, glass industry, soil research, etc.
